Kat Klauer – Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist – Quad Cities, Clinton

Kat was born and raised in Dubuque county.  She has a bachelor’s from the University of Iowa and has lived in Davenport for over twenty years.  Kat has spent most of her career in healthcare and is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist dedicated to providing exceptional service to her patients.

Kat is married with three children and has two dogs.  She enjoys gardening, hiking, reading, and volunteering at her church and in the community.

Shauna Learn – Hearing Instrument Specialist  – Clinton, Dubuque, Quad Cities

Shauna was born and raised in Pike County, Illinois. She attended Olivet Nazarene University. Shauna began her journey with Concept in 2015 as a Clinic Administrator. She and her family made a short stint in Colorado where she was pleased to work for the University of Colorado Hospitals as a Audiology Technician. She grew her knowledge in Audiology and worked alongside some of the best Audiologists in the state. She and her husband Rich and their two children Brecken and Dillon decided they wanted to get back to their Midwest roots. So, they packed up and came home to Iowa. She is thrilled to be back with the Concept family and is now training to be a Hearing Instrument Specialist!

Outside of work, Shauna keeps busy with watching her boys play sports, play in the band and sing in the school choir. They also enjoy watching football any chance they get as well as cheering on their St. Louis Cardinals!

Melissa Miller – Clinic Administrator  – Quad Cities

Melissa has lived in the Quad Cities area for her entire life. She is married with two children. Her son attends Iowa State University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Her daughter is in high school. Melissa is  an animal lover – her family has three dogs and two cats! She enjoys reading, watching movies and gardening. Melissa is very excited to be one of the Concept family!
