The Marshalltown hearing device center is a full-service clinic where patients can get hearing device cleanings, check-ups, and trade-in or purchase new hearing devices. Hearing tests are free at Concept, so come in and check your hearing with our friendly staff.

Heather Houk – Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser – Ottumwa, Marshalltown
Heather was born and raised in southern Iowa. She has fourteen years experience in healthcare, with two years in an Otology/Neurotology office, and five years here at Concept. She enjoys taking care of her patients, and prides herself on exceptional patient care.
Heather enjoys spending time with her two boys. During football season they can be found cheering on the Hawkeyes.
Elizabeth Klein – Clinic Administrator – Marshalltown
Elizabeth has done a little of everything: from make-up to sales to advertising. Through it all, she’s discovered her passion for helping others! With a seven-year background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she has found a love for the elderly and a home here at Concept.
With four cats, a dog, a bird, a nine-year old daughter and a boyfriend, Elizabeth keeps busy running her little zoo when she is not at our clinic! She also likes to spend her time painting, gardening, snuggling her animals and with her family.
